About

So here we are then…
Nearly half a century on the planet, and maybe it’s time to leave a little mark, after all, life is really so fickle, and so I have finally decided to crawl out from under the covers and pen some thoughts during the next 12 months or so…. from the mundane to things of a higher level, well let’s see how it goes…
And by the way, any company would be most welcome along the way… enjoy!

    • Thank you Sadie, although I really cannot thank you enough for your wonderful words of encouragement! I feel so humbled by the fact that an author like yourself might consider my poetry as worthy of publication. It was not something that I had even considered before, because I have only recently started sharing my work.
Indeed, all the poems and other pieces are soley my own work, and I retain all the hand written copies of my notes that start as a nebula of thoughts and feelings, before transforming into poetic pieces that you read here.
One final note, the link that you posted on your comment for the publisher does not seem to work. I would be most grateful if you could please re-check this, and send me a working link if you can?
Thank you again Sadie for your delightful comment, and may I wish you success in completing your new novel too!

  3. Hello JC, I must apologise in advance for the abbreviation. Thank you so much for stopping by and giving me a peek today. I really enjoyed the last few entries in your own colorful world. I particularly loved the line of foxy spirit when you wrote about the bushy tailed shaman. Love and light.

    • Thank you so much for your delightful comment! It is always a great pleasure to read your wonderfully reflective and well written blog, and am also so glad to hear that you have enjoyed my posts too.
The bushy tailed shaman was also my favorite line – both the fox and the shaman move in and out of the hidden world, and both cast magic on those that follow them on the journey through the ethereal.
      Peace, light and connection.

    • A pleasure to meet you too!
Thank you so much for visiting my blog, I am so glad that you have enjoyed it, and I hop that you will continue to do so.
I am also looking forward to enjoying your very informative site, full of superb information with reall attention to detail!

      • Thank you for saying so, so much info is difficult to find, but I do my best. A VA hospital is reading, scattered veterans, teachers and the 11th Airborne reading – so I try to acquire as much as possible. I also beg my readers to insert their stories in the comments.

  4. Very nice piece about the rice and badgers. And thanks for the follow. Over here in my “neck of the woods” someone recently shot a very beautiful black bear simply because she was in his yard. I wish I could have told him we are really in hers.

    • Thank you for your kind and heartfelt comment. I am shocked and stunned to read about the incident with the black bear. You are absolutely right of course. We are indeed the real intruders in her back yard. Poor bear. Such a sad tale.
Well, it seems that you have given me an idea for my next article and poem.
Again, thank you so much for highlighting this to us. I really appreciate it!

I look forward to enjoying your blog posts too, they are superb, and a very enjoyable read!

    • Thank you so much for your very kind words Mrs. Bushranger! I am so humbled and privileged that such an esteemed poet as yourself would like my jumbled words.

Regarding the photos, those particular ones were given to me, although some others are my own.

Again, thank you for your kindness. I look forward to reading more of your delightful and exceedingly good poems soon.

  6. Thanks for the follow and liking my post. I love your poem ‘Mast Year’. You’re a most wonderful wordsmith and I’ll come back for more enjoyment. Cheers, 🙂 Irina

  7. Many thanks for the follow. I am very glad you found me. I knew I would like your blog just from the title. . . . . I hope you will visit again soon and often and share your thoughts! Namaste. . . .

  8. Thank you for following Petals Unfolding. I am honored and I am touched. Inwardly I dance with glee, for finding another writer. And at the same time, a small groan. My time is just so taken with Other then what I do as an artist, and all I want is to write and take photos and write…….hehehehehehe…..Life. Ya gotta love it! Perhaps I’ll cut down on my sleeping hours.

    Love,
    Lady Pinkrose (Amy)
